We all have a bad day. And there are certain things that happen to us that we wouldn’t have planned on. And one of them is when someone else says something we don’t like. We may have been in a situation where someone spoke up and said something about us that we didn’t agree with or didn’t agree with us.

Sometimes this happens because of someone who we dont like. For example, we may have been bullied online. Or someone who we dont like may have said something that we do like. But most of the time the problem can be caused by someone who we dont like.

The issue is that we tend to assume that if someone is doing something that we do not like, then it must not be in our comfort zone.

The problem is that the “comfort zone” and what we tend to think we need to do in certain situations is something we are not aware of. Our comfort zone is not in our head, it’s in our body. Our bodies are not comfortable doing things that we do not like. We can easily trip and fall because we are not aware of the fact that what we have on our mind is not in our comfort zone.

If we are aware of this, then we can take control of the situation, and by doing so, we can get the ball rolling. We can be aware of the fact that we are not happy to be doing something, then we can work to make it a little better.
