The actual length of the body is measured by measuring the height of your head. For women, though, it is much more difficult but more useful. One of the simplest and most useful tricks I’ve learned is to measure the approximate length of your hips. It’s a good way to determine how much fat you have and if you need to gain weight in order to look great. It’s also a great way to figure out how much belly fat you have. The thing with this method is that it’s the height and circumference of your hips that you look at.
The issue, I think, is that measuring the length of your hips is a little tricky. I know because Ive been using it for years. For me, the best way to measure it is to look at the tops of my jeans. Then you can get a pretty good idea. For me it was easier to make just a simple one-hundred-and-eighty-degree scale if I was able to buy just the right size. In the late 80s or early 90s they started making jeans with a button closure instead of a zipper. Then, to save money a company that made the jeans also made the button closures. The problem with the button closure was that its easier to cut a button then a zipper.
