This is the main reason for the lack of customer service, but maybe it’s because I’m not a big-shot hacker with an in-depth understanding of web applications.

I have a great post on this exact issue. If you want to order a box that you dont want, you should go to your local post office and ask them what they need. Then you can probably order it from there. I have ordered boxes from my local post office, and they were always on time. It was also not a lot of work because I always included a box label with the order.
